Common Hop

In order to prepare a hop infusion similar to herbal tea you will need: 30g of hop, 1 liter of water and then low-temperature maceration for 12-24 hours or boiling infusion. Drink one cup before eating in order to benefit from the sedative and calming characteristics of hop.

Valerian Herb

Valerian herb infusions does miracles when it comes to combating stress. Valerian soothes the nerves and calms excitement, and it is ideal for reducing agitation and mental rumination before falling asleep. In order to prepare 1 cup of Valerian infusion you will need: 1 tablespoon (3 grams) of Valerian roots and 200 ml of water. The active substances in this herb allow you to fall asleep naturally.
