As I was posted in lebanon, I had the chance to befriend Ouidad. We had many conversations about Lebanese culture, religion, belief systems or the lack thereof. She helped my family with her knowledge and sound advice. I was totally shocked when I returned to the pharmacy and saw the poster.

As an Atheist, I believe that death is a state where someone only exists in the memories of others. I will remember her.
